Hi! I am really new to WordPress & am loving Techozoic, thank you for it!! It has made learning WP a lot easier as it is so user friendly.
However, whenever I have tried to upload a background image( or a fave icon) I pull up & select the image in the background settings, then hit save.
It tells me "please use an ico. file"
I have downloaded an image converter & changed them to ico. but it still doesn't work.
A friend of mine uses the same theme & she can upload & use background images & icons no problem. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, and I really get lost with all the html. lingo, so any help would be really appreciated.

I've seen this issue sometimes the browsers will falsely report the file extension to the server. One way around this is to upload the ico file using the page background upload form, then you should be able to select the ico file from the favicon setting. If not you can manually upload the file to the wp-content/techozoic/images/backgrounds/ folder then the file should show in the dropdown menu.
