There aren Double (2) "HOME" Pages show up in the Header Bar even though only 1 exists in the the WordPress dashboard. What can I do or what am I doing wrong to correct it?

Are you using an static home page instead of the standard post page?
What version of Techozoic are you using?
After I know this I'll be able to help you better.

Thanks for responding. I downloaded and used your – ->Techozoic Fluid 1.7.1 about a week ago. I like its ease of use and features a lot and I will also use it as the theme for another similar site I am setting up. If I can solve the double "HOME" header I'll be all right.  They are static pages (Created just by "New Pages") Entry. I don't have any posts on this site neither trackbacks or pingbacks. Its designed only to be a simple website to bring in prospects.

I see the problem, I'll work up a solution to the problem in 1.7.2 but for now if you edit the standard.php and twotier.php files and look for this block of code and delete it.

<li class="<?php if (is_home()) echo'current_page_item' ?>"><a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>" title="Home">Home</a></li>

This should fix your problem. Thanks again for reporting and look for 1.7.2 soon with a fix that I'll work up soon.
