Hi Jeremy,

As a newbie to WP and Techozoic I have a raft of questions. I'll post them as separate Qs:

So here is #3:

Where would the strong/bold live for the menu tabs. I would like the font to be bold (or maybe a darker color) and perhaps slightly larger. I would be even more slick if I could change the background color for the current tab selected.

The same goes for the by line / the line under the blog title. It would be nice slightly larger or darker in color.

I don't see where to do this in the Techozoic dashboard, so I could try to edit the style sheet, if you could directly me.

This is on wp v3, and Techozoic v 1.8.7

Site is here: The Front Burner

Thanks

In the next version of Techozoic that I'm working on I have options for changing the nav menu fonts. To change the background color for selected tab only works if using the standard or two-tier nav the js that the dropdown menu uses interferes with the selected tab stlyes.

ul#nav li.current_page_item, ul#nav2 li.current_page_item{
background-color:#fff;
}

For the byline you could use this

.description{
font-size:1.4em;
color:#999;
}

You can just play with the color and size until you get one you like.

Thanks Jeremy,

But forgive my stupidity, but in which file would I insert this code?

And, any release date on the new version of Techozoic?

You can add the code to the Custom Css under the Style Settings page of the techozoic admin. 1.8.8.1 has been submited to the theme directory and is awaiting approval then you should get an alert in your dashboard to upgrade.

Ok, this worked fine for the byline. The nav font color and background change, won't work, as you indicated, because I am using 'drop down' for the nav menu style.

This byline change helps a lot.

Looking to the next release.

Thanks

BartC
