The blue that dominates the body and also covers the sidebar (2), is the font color of the text of the Nav Menu, but as you know, if I change the one in white, then you do not see the writing, because I must keep it dark, so it's possible read on a light background like the bg of the Nav Menu (the same background which also affects the bg of the post). Ultimately, the question is, that we can not yet define the colors for each individual item. Has already implemented some solution?.

But, really. Your Theme it's the better that I saw, so if you make another effort, you'll arrive a point insuperable for all others programmers.
It means that also the color for all the text must be updatable.
