Hi Jeremy,

This is probably really simple and obvious but is there a way to remove the "By XXXX | Filed in XXXX" that is at the top of each post?

The easiest way is to add this to the custom css box for the main page.

div.heading small {
display:none;
}

You can also edit the single.php and remove this block of code to get rid of it on the single post page.

<small><?php printf(__('By %s','techozoic'), get_the_author()); ?>. <?php printf(__('Filed in %s','techozoic'),get_the_category_list(', ')) ?>&nbsp; | &nbsp;<?php edit_post_link(__('Edit','techozoic'), '', ''); ?>&nbsp;

Thanks for the super fast response Jeremy. It worked perfectly and I think not having those two items show up gives the whole thing a more professional look. It may be handy to have them if there is a number of people contributing to the same blog but on mine it's just me.

It's at http://www.planettrekker.info if you'd like to see it in action. It's a great theme.

Neither of these 2 options are working for me… it worked once when i was testing this theme out, but now after I reinstalled and finished my site it does not work. I pasted it into the custom css (dynamic on) and also removed the line from the single.php and still it shows the by and filed in. any suggestions?

Please include the version number of theme that your asking about. As well as a link to the website where the problem is happening if applicable. Thank you.
