I can't seem to get nested (child) pages to show up in the nav menu.. do I need to activate some feature to make this happen?

Thanks!

I've just added this feature in 1.7.1, which is available on Wordpress Extend now. It's on the General Settings tab, under Navigation Menu type, selecting Two Tier will display sub pages in the nav menu. It won't list grandchildren pages on child pages but grandchildren pages are listed in the sidebar if it's activated for single pages.
