Anomalous Header Behavior

Here is an anomalous behavior of the rotate header routine.

I have 14 pictures that are exactly 1000 x 200. I forced a refresh of various pages 82 times to see a new header pix at every load. Here are the times that each individual picture came up:

Notice that there are 15 entries. That is because blank came up 3 times. I am not sure what is causing this but perhaps the rotate file is seeing the blank header as an actual header to include in the rotation. Notice also that the hits for blank was 3, with two other real pictures, one tying and one with less hits, in the routine. One last notice: The distribution doesn’t seem very random. Granted 82 reloads is a small sample, but one pix coming up 10 times vs 2 for another… Hmmmm.

This is not a big problem, but it is disconcerting when a blank header occasionally comes up.
