You can change the width with this code in the custom css under the techozoic setting.

#headerr, #headerl{
width: 350px;
}

Can’t find a custom CSS box or settings anywhere.

In your dashboard under the Appearence tab click Techozoic Settings, then the CSS tab at the top of that page there should be a text box there for custom css.
