I am trying the Contact Form in Jetpack for the first time.
I like how it works, and the ability to customize it.
However, there is an issue that has me stumped. There is a small rectangle of share icons off to one side, and most annoyingly also in the email field of the form.
None of the icons in the row are clickable, and its appearance in the email field of the contact form makes it very difficult for a visitor to type in an email address.
I have turned sharing on and off, in both the theme, and Jetpack. All to no avail. See it here:
Anyone with ideas on where to look next?
PS: the xmlrpc.php file has only the following:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
That’s my fault, when coding I didn’t make some of the css selectors specific enough. You should be able to fix this by adding this to your custom css setting.
I am also having a different issue with that Jetpack contact form. But, I really think it is a bug in the Jetpack module. I have posted on the WordPress forum to see if anyone else is having the same issue. So far no replies.
