Hi Jeremy,

I am really enjoying using your theme. I am just having a little trouble changing the link colour. All the links in my blog posts remain black and underlined, even though I have changed both the link colour and the link hover colour to two different shades of blue.

Is there any way I can change this, please?

Thank-you,
Griffin

They are that color because they are visited links and I have the theme show the visited links in the same color as the regular text. If you’d like to change the visited link color you’ll need to use the custom css box and add this.

.entry p a:visited {
color:#FFFFFF;
}

Of course substitute your color code.

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ll go and make that change now.

Thank-you again,

Great theme thanks for the hard work. I posted the code you gave in this thread to the custom CSS area on CSS setting page I use my personal color code FF0000 but it did not work. I am a real newb beginner here what am I doing wrong?

TJ, it would really help me figure out the problem if you could post a link to your blog, that why I can take a look and make sure the code is being outputted as it should.

Okay I see the problem, your posts aren’t being automatically put into paragraph tags. So you can just change your code to this and it should work for you.

.entry a:visited {
color:#FFFFFF;
}

Ok it worked on my older posts but I just posted a new one with links and nothing they are the same color as the text? You have to hover over them for them to change I have set my colors in the editor but links are still showing same color as text?

The first post has any opening h3 which is causing all the text to be considered a header and that has styles. If you remove the h3 tag from your post it should work fine again.
