While visiting the WordPress Support Forums I came across this post.

hi, i just realized that wordpress can automatically be installed at my site..its confirmed installed already, i can see it thru the cpanel, but couldn’t find it in my site.. what to do? what’s next after installation?

For some reason it annoys me to no end when people start asking question so general without first doing a little research. I mean if they had just read around in the very vast documentation they would have found all they needed.
